Kath's Korner is proudly an Australian online business. All products listed on the Kath's Korner website will be shipped from Australia unless stated otherwise in the product description.

DISPACTH

The Kath's Korner team endeavor to have your orders packed and shipped in an efficient and timely manner so you get your orders faster.

All Rip and Ship orders are packed and dispatched within 3 business day of your order but in most cases will be dispatched the same day if possible.

Standard Delivery Domestic:

Postage Partners: Australia Post
Delivery Timeframe: 2-7 Business Days
Cost: Calculated at checkout

Australia Post covers up $100 in a standard delivery for insurance. There is no additional coverage taken out on shipments. If you would like additional coverage please get in contact with us and we can estimate it for you.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Occasionally due to circumstances outside Kath's Korner control, delivery delays may occur.

If you believe there has been an issue with your delivery, please contact Customer Care via email or our socials within 14 days of receiving your Shipping Confirmation email, so we can launch an investigation with our couriers on your behalf. Please note, if your delivery includes any pre-order items, your order will be subject to the terms and conditions of our Pre-Order Policy. To avoid any preventable delays, please ensure you double-check your order details, including your full delivery address, prior to placing your order at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is shipped through Australia Post please allow approximately 10-15 business days for delivery.

All duties and fees charged by the customers country of residence are paid buy the customer and are the customers responsibility to check and calculate these and are not included in the international shipping fee.
